Why haven’t I received my tastecard code?

Qualifying customers should look out for an email from us 14-21 days after signing the loan agreement. This will detail how you can claim your free 12-month tastecard membership.

If you do not receive an email from us within this timeframe, you may not have been eligible for the offer.

Please check you applied for your loan directly via the Novuna Personal Finance website, on our app or over the phone. Applications started or completed elsewhere (such as via a price comparison site) are not eligible.

Can I sign up on the tastecard website?

You’ll need to activate your free membership on the tastecard app. You won’t be able to redeem your free membership code using the tastecard website, or via any other site.

Full instructions on how to activate your free membership will be provided by email, along with your sign-up code.

Should you qualify for this offer, you can expect to receive an email 14-21 days after your loan has been paid.

My tastecard redemption code isn’t working

If you have received a redemption code from us but there’s an error when you try to use it, please contact the tastecard team here.

Before contacting tastecard, please make sure the app is fully up to date. You should also make sure there’s no space at the start or end of the redemption code when you input it into the tastecard app.

I received a link to claim my redemption code, but this isn’t working

Please be aware that once you receive the email from us confirming you qualify for this offer, you only have 30 days to claim your redemption code.

Unfortunately, any claim link contained in these emails will no longer be valid after this time and you will be unable to request your free tastecard membership.

Enter your personal code
Fill out your contact details to complete sign-up

I don’t want a tastecard – what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear you don’t want to take advantage of thousands of money-saving deals!

If you’ve decided not to claim your code, simply ignore the email. Your claim link will automatically expire after 30 days so you don’t have to do anything else.

You may be sent a couple of reminders but that’s only because we want to make sure our customers don’t miss out on a chance to make some great savings.

Do I need to give any bank details to tastecard?

No, you are not required to share any bank details to enjoy your free 12-month tastecard membership.

You just need to input your name and contact details to register.

After 12 months your membership will expire and you will no longer be able to take advantage of the great deals available, unless you decide to re-join of course.

It’s simple to use your digital tastecard. Once you’ve downloaded the app and activated your membership, you’re good to go!

Simply search for restaurants near you, book your table (don’t forget to mention you have a tastecard if required) and enjoy.

Where can I use my tastecard?

You can use your tastecard at thousands of big-name brands and independent eateries.

Use the app to find the closest deals to you, or simply browse the Search Offers page on the tastecard website.

When can I use my tastecard?

You can use your tastecard 7 days a week. However, do check the terms and conditions provided by each participating restaurant or venue as restrictions may apply.

These conditions can be found on the information section of each restaurant or venue in the tastecard app or on their website.

How often can I use my tastecard?

There are no restrictions on how often you can use your tastecard. Maybe you’ll enjoy a coffee on your way to work, followed by lunch out with friends and a date night at the cinema. Just think about the money you’ll save!

Certain brands may restrict how often you can use your tastecard within a given day, so always check exclusions or restrictions for individual restaurants or venues.
