Can I delete my online account?
Your online account gives you the flexibility to manage your personal finance at your convenience - whether that's checking your balance, updating details or making payments.
You may want to delete your online account when you have settled your account, and there are various ways to request this.
The easiest way is to access your online account and go to 'Delete MyNPF Account', then follow the steps to request deletion.
You could also send us a secure message through the app. Just go to 'Message us' and select the 'Request online account deletion' category.
You can send an email to CustomerService@novunapersonalfinance.co.uk requesting for your online account to be deleted.
Or you can call us on 0343 351 9112 (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm).
We will only delete your online account and not any data we hold for your agreement.
