What is IDVerse?

IDVerse is the identity and verification system that is used by Novuna Personal Finance. 


In some instances, if your application is referred, you may receive a link asking for ID verification via SMS or email.


When you click on the link, you’ll be asked to:


  • Read and consent to our terms and conditions
  • Submit an image of your ID document – this needs to be a valid driver’s licence or passport
  • Submit a short selfie video


Once you submit your information, our team will continue their assessment of your application and you will receive a decision in due course. 


Further information 

You will have 27 days to use the link and submit your documents. Please note, if you do not provide the information within this time frame then your link will expire and the application will be cancelled. You would then need to re-apply for finance if you wanted to proceed.
