What should I do if the Open Banking link isn't working?

If you are experiencing issues with the open banking link:

  • You can call our referrals team on 0113 518 1670 (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm)  and they can send out a new link for you 
  • Alternatively, you can email the last 3 months of bank statements from your direct debit account to referrals@novunapersonalfinance.co.uk
