We've updated the portal to make it quick, simple and easy to use, with a refreshed home screen, and redesigned short cuts you use most.

We've listened to your feedback and improved how you reset your log in details. You can update your PIN or your password separately, so it's easier to make the changes you need, when you need them.

With the new menu bar, you can easily find the information you need and make changes to your personal details and managing your account. 

For added convenience, you can use password managers to save and auto fill your details alongside existing options like fingerprints or Face ID.
