Can I ask someone to help manage my account?

There may be times when you need some extra support managing your account, whether that's short term or something longer term.

If you'd like to add a trusted third party to help manage your account, you can do this by logging into your online account and sending us a secure message.

You can also contact our Customer Service Team to notify them of this, and (after passing identification checks) this can be stored for one or all of your agreements.
