Do I have a cooling off period?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement.

If you don't wish to continue, please call our Customer Service Team on 0344 375 5500 within this time period, otherwise we'll assume you're happy with everything and you will then be bound by the terms of your loan.
