How we can support you with money worries?

If you are worried about your finances or experiencing financial difficulties, we're here to support you.

We also understand that rising living costs can make managing your finances more difficult. If you're feeling the impact, you're not alone.

We've a range of options that may help, including payment hold, tailored payment plans or independent debt advice. Please remember that using these may affect your credit file, as any arrears will need to be reported to credit reference agencies.

Payment Hold

If you can't make your next payment or you're already behind, we can temporarily place your agreement on hold. This stops any fees and charges being added, giving you time to review your finances and seek debt advice.

Payment Arrangements

We can work with you to reduce your monthly payments to make it more affordable in the short or longer term, depending on your situation.

You'll need your 9 digit agreement number (starting with 02 or 03), which you can find on your bank statement or Novuna correspondence.

We use Experian Open Banking to securely access the information we need. This is safe, secure, and won't affect your credit score.
