How will a payment arrangement show on my credit file?

If you're on a reduced payment plan, your credit file will show as a 'payment arrangement' and will display how many months your account is behind.
If you're on an increased payment plan and paying extra to clear your arrears, this won't be marked as a payment arrangement. Your credit file will simply continue to show how many months in arrears you are until the account is fully up to date.
