Can I change my payment date?

You can change your payment date by logging onto your online account and selecting 'Change Direct Debit'.

If your Direct Debit is in the process of taking your next payment, you won't be able to make changes until it's complete.

Please note - We can only accept payments from personal bank accounts accounts when paying by Direct Debits and payments are non refundable.
