Updating direct debit details

To update your Direct Debit details or change your payment date, simply log in to your online account and choose 'Manage Direct Debit'.

If your next payment is already being processed, you'll need to wait until it's complete before making changes.

Important - We only accept payments from personal bank accounts and payments are non-refundable.
