• Direct Debit payment plan: You can increase your monthly Direct Debit to gradually reduce your arrears.
• Manual payment plan: You can make additional manual payments whenever you’re able, to help bring your account back up to date.
Please be aware that arrears are reported to Credit Reference Agencies and will be reflected on your credit file.
