What payment methods do you accept?

We'll set up a direct debit to collect your monthly payments on or around your due date, until your agreement is completed.

Should you need to make a payment, there are other ways:

Debit card

You can make a payment via your online account using a debit card (we don't accept credit cards).

Bank transfer or Standing Order (using the details below)

  • Account name: Novuna Personal Finance
  • Sort code: 40-02-50
  • Account number: 71411101
  • Reference: Your agreement number (this must be provided so we can link your payment to your account)


Cheque

Made payable to 'Novuna Personal Finance' and with your agreement number written on the back, cheques can be sent to Novuna Personal Finance, 2 Apex View, Leeds, LS11 9BH.


We only accept payments from personal bank accounts and 
payments are non-refundable.
